VPMU, “aka” Veterinary Practice Managers United began as a Facebook Group for veterinary practice managers and leaders who knew there had to be a better way – leaders ready to share what actually worked while building practices with duct tape, creativity, and sheer determination.
No corporate filter. No credential gatekeeping. Just practical solutions, shared experiences, and the occasional unhinged meme.

So we built one where real conversations could happen, where veterinary leaders could learn from each other and from innovative minds outside our industry who’ve cracked the code on the same challenges we face.
